Presenter - Mary Jo Grunewald, Office Logistic Services, Inc.

This program provides an understanding of the relocation process will promote better time management, help to set priorities based on critical dates and increase the participants ability to plan ahead and problem solve rather than reacting to problems.  Participants will gain a basic understanding of relocation budget items, key components that are involved in all office relocations and see how tasks are related and sequenced within a relocation.  A general relocation time schedule will be presented and discussed.  Participants will be encouraged to insert their own information and develop their own relocation schedule.   

Mary Jo Grunewald is the owner of Office Logistic Services, Inc. in Downers Grove.  She has relocated over 1.8 million square feet of office space, managed 43 office relocation/remodeling projects, and provided FF&E services in conjunction with opening eight hotel properties in six States.  Ms. Grunewald wrote and published "The Survival Guide to Office Relocation" (sold through Amazon.com).  She holds a BA Business Administration from Mundelein College and previously served as Office Services Manager, Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd., Operations Manager, Saxon Paint and Home Care Centers, Inc., and Administration Manager, LaSalle Partners.
