About the Speakers

As a member of the ComEd Energy Efficiency Program outreach team, Kathryn Eggers helps customers take advantage of the money-saving incentives and services available to facilities in ComEd territory. Kathryn helps customers navigate the Program portfolio and aids every step of the process, including scheduling a facility assessment, submitting the incentive application paperwork and identifying opportunities for optimization. 

Jennifer (Jenny) Kuether is an Associate Partner at Syska Hennessy Group in Chicago where she leads MEP projects for various facilities and market sectors.  Jenny is a licensed professional engineer in several states and is an active member in several organizations including serving on the following boards:  Chicago Chapter of IFMA (International Facility Managers Association), CEF (Chicago Engineers Foundation) and the IL State Board of Professional Engineers.    

Luke Westholder is a Senior Associate at Syska Hennessy with 14 years in the industry after attending the University of Illinois for Mechanical Engineering. Luke has extensive experience in mechanical systems design for a wide variety of building types including Data Centers, Healthcare Facilities, Corporate Offices and Sports Facilities. Luke looks to balance mechanical system requirements with sustainable and environmentally conscious designs for his projects.
